Terms & Conditions

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before enrolling in tutoring services provided by hempTEACH. By enrolling in our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Payment Structure

• Tuition fees are divided into 12 equal monthly payments, due on the 1st of each month, regardless of the number of sessions in that particular month.
• The monthly payment reflects a portion of the annual cost, evenly spread throughout the year to assist with budgeting and cash flow.
• Payments are non-refundable, except in circumstances outlined in section 4

2. Cancellation and Withdrawal Policy

2.1 Leaving Midway Through a Term:

• If you choose to withdraw midway through a term, you will still be required to make one final monthly payment, which will be due on the 1st of the following month.
• Access to sessions will continue until the end of the current billing month, unless otherwise agreed

2.2 Leaving at the End of a Term:

• If you choose to leave at the end of a term there will be no fee, providing you give two weeks notice. Failure to give notice at the end of a term, a £30 administrative fee will be charged.
• Please note this excludes the months of June and July. If you choose to leave during this time, you will still be charged for these months and your last monthly payment will still be taken on the 1st of August.
• If you join after the Easter holidays and choose not to continue , you will not be charged in August but we will require 2 weeks notice or a £30 administrative fee will be charged.

2.3 End-of-Year Notice (September Return):

• If your child is not returning in September, your final payment will be in August, and no further payments will be required.
• Notice of non-return must be provided in writing by July 31st to avoid being charged for September.

3. Session Cancellations and Rescheduling

• If we are unwell or have to cancel a session we will let you know via email as soon as possible.
• Where possible, we will offer a make-up session, though this is not guaranteed- we will ensure students are sent work to complete in either PDF or video format.

4. Refunds

Monthly payments are non-refundable except in the event of:

• Discontinuation of service by hempTEACH
• Refunds are provided at our discretion and are not guaranteed.

5. Conduct and Participation

• If students attend live sessions they must conduct themselves respectfully.
• We reserve the right to discontinue tutoring services due to disruptive behavior, or failure to adhere to these Terms.

6. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified in advance of any significant changes.
